Robotic Microkeratome
The Robotic Microkeratome is a device which uses the latest in robotic technology to precisely and automatically create a corneal pocket within the half millimeter thick dome shaped cornea. The Robotic Microkeratome can be used to implant the KeraKlear artificial cornea. The Robotic Microkeratome can also be used to facilitate newer minimally invasive cornea transplantation procedures such as anterior lamellar keratoplasty (ALK) or Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK).
